In the fall of 1996 Kirk Tcherneshoff founded Tcherneshoff Consulting Inc (TCI). To date, Kirk has hired a wide variety of team members to better serve public and private entities in ADA and Fair Housing matters. TCI staff members stay current with not only the ever changing ADA requirements, but also different states' requirements for accessibility, as well as the Fair Housing Design Manual and ANSI requirements. TCI has worked with many clients in Title I (employment law), Title II (city and local governments), and Title III (public accommodation) of the ADA.  

TCI provides seminars and webinars to business and disability groups across the nation on a regular basis. TCI also provides consultation to architects and contractors on the fine details of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  We have provided detailed plan review to designers on projects ranging from 2,000 square feet to well over 1,000,000 square feet.  Our teams' unique combination of personal and professional experience as well as our creativity in the field will give you the piece of mind that you have chosen the right ADA team. Whether you are an attorney, a developer, business owner, contractor, or architect ,TCI can help save you money while becoming fully compliant with accessibility laws.

What are we doing?

To help us make the Tcherneshoff Consulting, Inc. website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
